Copycat KFC Bowl
Believe it or not, I have never had the one at KFC. Why would I when I can make it at home and save on points and calories!
These are comforting, filling and DELISH! Who doesn’t want a bowl filled with chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, corn and gravy with melted cheese on top?!

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!! This is one of my favorites! Super easy and full of flavor. There’s no need to go to KFC and buy there’s. Save the points and the calories.
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Microwave
- 1 Sauce Pan
Ingredients
- 5 oz Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks (I used Kirkland brand)
- 2/3 cup Corn
- 2/3 cup Idahoan Original Mashed Potatoes (prepared)
- 1/4 cup Heinz Chicken Gravy
- 1/8 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
Instructions
- Air fry your chicken at 400 for 10 minutes
- Make your potatoes per box directions in the sauce pan
- Heat up your corn and gravy in the microwave
- Once your chicken is done, assemble your bowl with the mashed potatoes, corn, chicken, gravy and top with cheese
- Melt your cheese in the microwave for 40 seconds to 1 minute
