Country Breakfast Pizza
Have you ever had breakfast pizza? I am not referring to that cold pizza on the coffee table morning after a good party. That’s delicious too of course…not the point. I love having breakfast on pizza!!
I read somewhere that breakfast pizza may have not been thought of until the 1990’s. Not sure that is true but where have we all been my friends???!!! This is SO delish!
Country Breakfast Pizza
Big thanks to Folios who sent me a pack of their round mozzarella cheese wraps! I knew that I would make a pizza out of it since it was perfect for one. This turned out amazing! Breakfast is my favorite meal and this pizza was to die for!! Best part is it is SUPER easy!!The cheese wraps are a bit high in points but very much worth it!
Equipment
- 1 Fry Pan
- 1 Microwave
- 1 Sauce Pan
- 1 Broiler/Oven
Ingredients
- 1 Folio Mozzarella Wrap
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
- 1/8 cup Country Sausage Gravy
- 1/8 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
Instructions
- Scramble up your eggs
- Make your country gravy (either in a sauce pan or microwave)
- Heat up your bacon in the microwave for just a minute to get crispy.
- Put your cheese wrap in microwave on paper plate for 1.5 minutes.
- When done, transfer to a cookie sheet.
- Assemble your wrap with gravy, eggs, bacon then shredded cheese.
- Put in the broiler for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
- I topped mine with parsley.
