Buffalo Chicken and White Cheddar Pasta

This is such a delicious combination! The spicy crunch chicken with the creamy cheesy white cheddar is AMAZING!

I love the Al Dente past. It is so low in Weight Watchers points, calories and carbs that is seems to good to be true. Even my husband who is a big pasta lover enjoys this pasta!


Buffalo Chicken & White Cheddar Pasta

I have really been enjoying making different kinds of pasta dishes. The Al Dente pasta really helps me stay within my points AND still eat carbs!
I have never been a huge pasta eater but really have been enjoying all the crazy ways I have been making them!

Cook Time 25 minutes
Servings 1

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 2 Sauce Pans

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Al Dente Fusilli Pasta
  • 4-1/8 oz Just Bare Chicken Breast Spicy Bites

White Cheddar Pasta Sauce

  • 3 Wedges Laughing Cow White Cheddar
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk
  • 2-3/4 tbsp Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Dak's Original Red Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp White Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil your pasta
  • Air Fry your chicken at 400 for 9 minutes
  • Combine your sauce ingredients (leaving some parmesan aside for garnish) in your sauce pan and heat up, letting the cheese melt
  • Drain your pasta, add sauce then stir together
  • Pour your pasta into your serving bowl and top with chicken, rest of parmesan cheese and parsley (optional)
