Honey Chipotle Salmon and Rice Bowl
I love rice bowls! Add whatever protein you want then your veggies and you can make just about anything! Salmon is very low in saturated fat and a great source of protein that it is an easy win for a meal!
This salmon is my favorite for a quick fix! Sea Cuisine products have a few different variations of fish in the frozen seafood section. This one is their honey chipotle which is by far my absolute favorite! I highly recommend them and making one of these delicious protein bowls!
Honey Chipotle Salmon and Rice Bowl
This is my all time favorite store-bought salmon with tons of flavor and a nice light crispy breading. I love a good protein bowl but this salmon takes it to another level! SO GOOD!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Microwave
Ingredients
- 1 Sea Cuisine Honey Chipotle Salmon
- 1 cup White Rice
- 2/3 cup Roasted Corn
- 1-1/2 cups Shredded Mixed Cabbage
Instructions
- Air fry salmon at 400 for 15 minutes
- Microwave or use a rice cooker to make your rice
- Microwave corn
- Mix your cabbage with coleslaw dressing or leave dry
- Assemble your bowl and ENJOY!
