Peanut Butter Banana Yogurt Bowl
I am so excited about the Magic Spoon Cereal! I have seen a lot of hype about it so I decided to order a box of 6 different flavors on Amazon.
HOLY WOW they are all so delicious. It really seemed too good to be true with ZERO sugar, low carb and high protein. I mean that all sounds great but how can it taste good then? Well I am here to tell you that IT DOES! Now I understand why they call it magic!
Peanut Butter Banana Yogurt Bowl
Yogurt bowls are such a perfect breakfast to kick off the day. With my yogurt bowls all coming in around 50 grams of protein, there is no reason to eat anything else!The best part is that they taste like you're having dessert! This one has such a yummy combination with peanut butter and banana that you can't say no!
Equipment
- 1 Small Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fage 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 4 tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Banana
- 2/3 cup Magic Spoon Peanut Butter Cereal
- 1/3 tbsp Crushed Peanuts
Instructions
- Slice half of your banana and mash the other half, set aside
- Mix your yogurt, vanilla extract, 1/2 dry peanut butter powder, almond milk and mashed banana
- Mix your peanut butter powder with water for a creamy consistency
- Add your yogurt mix to a bowl then cereal, banana slices, drizzle peanut butter and sprinkle crushed peanuts. ENJOY!
