Air Fryer Delicata Squash Fries

This is my all time favorite fall produce right here! Delicata squash is AMAZING and there are so many different ways to make it.

These air fryer fries are my absolute favorite! Season with your favorite seasoning and BAM you have yourself a delicious side dish that everyone will love.

Best part is you can eat the skin! If I am eating a stuffed squash however I scoop out the insides and mix it all up in a bowl and compost the skin. It is all up to what you enjoy.

Air Fryer Delicata Squash Fries

One of the BEST Fall squash in my opinion is the delicata! It has a slightly sweet but nutty flavor and super easy to cook!
I prefer mine cooked in the air fryer but you can also bake them. This is such an easy recipe and depending on what you will be eating these with will determine the best seasoning for them!

Notes

Total of 2 Weight Watchers points if using EVOO.
You can save on points by using the EVOO spray. I prefer the oil and will take the points.
