Korean Beef, Cabbage & Rice Bowl

This my friends is SO good and has been a repeat for me. I love cooked cabbage, especially when it still has a slight crunch to it.

The sauce is sweet but not over the top. You can make it as spicy as you want but I made it medium heat for this one. The combination of all the flavors is perfect and this bowl definitely fills me up.

Korean Beef, Cabbage & Rice Bowl

This bowl always turns out delicious! The sauce can be made as sweet and spicy as you want. For this one, I went on the low band for spicy and it was sooo good!
This is so quick and easy too which as you know is what I prefer. This comes in high with the points but trust me it is worth it. You can even make this low carb by omitting the rice. That also decreases the points if that is what is needed. OR you can go with less beef but why the heck would you do that? HA HA!
