Steak & Eggs Breakfast Bowl
I love steak no matter the time of day! My husband purchased a Sous Vide which cooks meat in a water bath. When he first told me about this I laughed at him. He said that it is how restaurants cook their steak so it can be cooked to perfection. I laughed again. Excuse me…a water bath is for pasta, hard boiled eggs and humans! Meat? Well, it is years later and he reminds me every time I thank him for the most incredible and brilliant cookery that he loves to remind me of how I made fun of him. HA!
I now am so spoiled at home with the Sous Vide and the perfection it brings that I don’t order steak at restaurants anymore unless it is carne asada at our local Mexican restaurant.
Steak & Eggs Breakfast Bowl
Steak is delicious at any time of the day! I had leftover ribeye from dinner so I decided to cut that up and eat for breakfast! YUM!With cooking our steak in the Sous Vide, having it as leftovers is perfect as it is not too tough to eat or overdone. I love steak and eggs together…they just belong together!
Ingredients
- 4 Oz Ribeye Steak
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Hashbrown Patty
- 1/8 Cup Lite Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Steak Seasoning
Instructions
- Air fry hashbrown at 400° for 9 minutes.
- Scramble up the eggs.
- Reheat steak pieces.
- Once everything is cooked, add to your bowl starting with the hashbrown, eggs, steak, shredded cheese then seasoning.
