Nashville Hot Chicken Crunchwrap
Who doesn’t love some good fried chicken? My husband absolutely LOVES chicken but unfortunately, he is allergic to all things poultry! How horrible am I right?! Chicken, Duck, Eggs…so very sad. This dish he wouldn’t get on board with even if he wasn’t allergic as he can’t do spicy.
I love spicy but then when there’s sweet added in…I am in heaven! This is to die for and I have made this chicken to go with just about anything imaginable!
Nashville Hot Chicken is fried chicken with a major kick. It usually gets a heavy dose of hot sauce and cayenne in the coating as well as a spicy sauce drizzled over the top. You add pickles and you help balance out the heat. This version is lower calorie and points and SO DELISH!!



Nashville Hot Chicken Crunchwrap
Winner winner chicken dinner!! This chicken is one of my FAVORITES and you just can't go wrong no matter what you make with it. I decided to try my hand at making a crunchwrap out of the ever so popular chicken meal. WOW am I glad I did. You must try this friends! I added my favorite Wickles Pickles but you can add whichever kind you wish. This is a tad bit spicy but for me the sweetness makes it the perfect balance! Keep in mind that I like spicy so you may want to play around with the amount of sauce you put in.This sauce I made comes from allie.cart.dishes who I have used a few of her sauces. SO GOOD!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Fry Pan
- 1 Sauce Pan
Ingredients
- 2 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 8 oz Just Bare Chicken Breast Chunks
- 1-1/2 cups Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 10 Dill Pickle Slices (I love Wickles Pickles)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Red Onion
- 1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
Nashville Hot Chicken Sauce
- 4 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spread
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Ground Red Pepper or Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Air fry your chicken at 400 for 10 minutes
- While the chicken cooks, cut up your red onion and pickles
- In your sauce pan, start mixing your sauce ingredients, bring to a boil then immediately turn down to 3
- Once your chicken is cooked, dump that into your sauce to coat.
- Lay out your flatbread
- Layer the middle of your flatbread with your ingredients; starting and ending with ½ each of shredded cheese. This helps melt the cheese!
- Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
- Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your frypan. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
- Spray the top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
- Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
- When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!

Total of 14 Weight Watchers points for EACH / half of the plate = 1 full crunchwrap.
