Habanero Pineapple Mango Chicken Crunchwrap

As most of my Instagram friends know, I am completely obsessed with the GHughes Mango Habanero sauce. It is my GO TO and I have made so many things with it AND on repeat! This crunchwrap had no choice but to be the best and IT WAS!!
I love a sweet and spicy combo which this sauce delivers a perfect balance of both. It does have a kick so if you can’t or don’t handle spicy then this may not be for you. I have suggested to some that they could possibly add a bit of sweetness to it like brown sugar or pineapple juice.



Mango Habanero Pineapple Chicken Crunchwrap
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Fry Pan
- 1 Microwave
Ingredients
- 2 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 8 oz Tyson Frozen Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken
- 1/3 cup GHughes Mango Habanero Sauce
- 4 tbsp Chopped Red Onion
- 1-1/2 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 2 Dole No Sugar Pineapple Tidbit Containers
Instructions
- Air fry the chicken at 400 for 10 minutes
- Chop up your red onion
- Warm up the sauce in a glass container in your microwave. Not too hot or your flatbread will tear.
- Once the chicken is done, take out and slice into bite size pieces
- Lay out your flatbread
- Layer the middle of your flatbread with your ingredients; starting and ending with ½ each of shredded cheese. This helps melt the cheese!
- Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
- Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your frypan. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
- Spray the top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
- Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
- When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!
