Thanksgiving Leftovers Pizza
One of the best parts of Thanksgiving is the food and the leftovers! Who loves leftovers like I do? I always hope that there are a lot left because there are so many things you can make with Thanksgiving foods! Just a big plate of the norm is delicious!!
Why not make a pizza out of it? This may look like a hot mess but it is SO amazing!





Thanksgiving Leftovers Pizza
HOLY TURKEY this was one of the BEST things I have made! I absolutely live for for Thanksgiving leftovers and will eat them any way possible. Tonight it was flatbread pizza! Don't knock this hot mess before you try it!
Equipment
- 1 Oven
Ingredients
- 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 3/8 cup Lite Shredded Mozzarella (I love Trader Joe's)
- 1/4 cup Lite Swiss Cheese
- 3/4 cup Cranberry Sauce
- 1 cup Turkey Chunks
- 1/2 cup Stuffing
- 1/4 cup Turkey Gravy
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
- Place your flatbread on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet then spray the top of your flatbread. I use Pam cooking spray.
- Once your oven is preheated, bake your flatbread at 375 for 2minutes, flip and bake another 1 minute.
- Take out your flatbread and spread your cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and swiss cheese, covering your flatbread.
- Add all your other ingredients
- Bake for another 11 minutes. Watch for your desired browning.
- When done, take out of the oven and top with poultry seasoning, Italian seasoning and a drizzle of turkey gravy!
