Pork & Sun Dried Tomato Alfredo
There are not enough words for how delicious this was! As some of you know, I am not a big pasta fan but when my friends at Brami sent me some of their product to try I couldn’t resist.
I love cheesy goodness on anything and then add seasoning and sun dried tomatoes it is next level!
Pork & Sun Dried Tomato Alfredo
HOLY PORK CHOP this was to die for and I seriously could have eaten more of this. The pork chop may look huge but after cutting it from the bone it was only 5oz which was the perfect amount.The pork chop was made by someone else so this recipe is strictly for the pasta which is the big winner here! Yep, I am not humble. HA!
Equipment
- 1 Blender
- 1 Sauce Pan
- 1 Fry Pan
Ingredients
- 5 oz Pork Chop
- 1-1/2 Serving of Brami Pasta
- 1 tsp Chopped Basil
Sun Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce
- 1 tsp Dak's Original Red Seasoning
- 1 tsp Dak's Green Zest Seasoning
- 3/8 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 3 Laughing Cow White Cheddar Wedges
- 14 grams Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes (kind that is in a bag NOT jar)
Instructions
- Boil your pasta on the stove.
- While your pasta cooks, put all your sauce ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Once pasta is done, drain and measure/weigh it out.
- Put your portion of pasta into the fry pan with a little olive oil.
- Pour your sauce in with your pasta then add the sun dried tomatoes.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Put the pasta into your bowl or plate and top with your pork chop.
- Top with chopped basil.
