Bang Bang Shrimp Pizza
I love Bang Bang Shrimp over rice so I decided to make it into a pizza!
Usually Bang Bang sauce is high in calories and Weight Watchers points but I found a recipe on line from Allie.Cart.Dishes that is so delicious. I have used it for years, it’s THAT good!
If you love Bang Bang Shrimp or chicken like I do, turn it into a pizza like I did!
Bang Bang Shrimp Pizza
This was AH-MAZING! Shrimp, bacon and pineapple with my favorite Bang Bang sauce?! What's not to love?This sauce is the perfect sweet and spicy combo and I am here for it!
Equipment
- 1 Oven
- 1 Small Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 3/8 cup Lite Shredded Mozzarella (Trader Joes)
- 3 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
- 1 Dole No Sugar Pineapple Tidbit Containers
- 1 tbsp Chopped Red Onion
- 6 oz Shrimp
- 1/2 tbsp Dried Chili Flakes
- 1 tbsp Chopped Green Onions
Bang Bang Sauce
- 1/4 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
- 3 tbsp GHughes Sugar Free Thai Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 3 tsp Swerve Sugar Sweetener
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
- Place your flatbread on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet then spray the top of your flatbread. I use Pam cooking spray.
- Once your oven is preheated, bake your flatbread at 375 for 2 minutes, flip and bake another 1 minute.
- Mix your Bang Bang sauce
- Takeout your flatbread and spread on your sauce
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese covering your flatbread.
- Add shrimp, bacon, red onion and pineapple.
- Bake for another 11 minutes. Watch for your desired browning.
- When cooked, take out of the oven and add dried chili flakes and green onions. (optional)
