Pepperoni, Bacon & Pineapple Pizza Bake

These turned out AMAZING! I had been eyeing these on Nikkigets_fit Instagram and thought I would make them for my lunches.

There are tons of different pizza bakes you can make but this is one of my favorite pizza combinations.

Make your 2 ingredient dough, divide by weight into 4!
Add your sauce! Depending on your type of pizza, this could be pizza sauce, BBQ or even Alfredo sauce!
Next is your mozzarella cheese then the bacon.
Finish with the pineapple and pepperoni pieces.

  • 2 cups 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 tbsp Pizza Sauce (more if you want on the side too)
  • 4 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)

  • 1-1/3 cup Pineapple
  • 4 oz Lite Shredded Mozzarella (I love Trader Joes)
  • Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Mix the flour and yogurt until you get a dough consistency
  • Weigh out your dough evenly and push down flat into each container until the bottom is covered
  • Add your sauce and spread evenly
  • Sprinkled seasoning then your cheese
  • Top with bacon, pineapple and pepperoni then little more cheese
  • Put your glass containers on a cookie sheet
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Pull out and top with Italian seasoning.

Notes

Your dough will have a slight doughy consistency. If you do not want that, bake the dough alone in your glass containers for 5 minutes.
