Boneless Buffalo Wings and Fries
I took inspiration from today’s fun Super Bowl festivities for my delicious lunches this week! I love buffalo wings and fries dipped into ranch so I made it slightly healthier and less ww points!
This meal prep is dedicated to my friends at Wickles Pickles and Moore’s Marinades and Sauces! They sent me a ginormous gift box filled with pickles, sauces and goodies!

Boneless Buffalo Wings and Fries
These turned out DELISH! They are non-breaded so there are barely any points in these but don't let that fool you because they are HUGE on flavor! I always air fry my chicken and this was no exception. They sat in delicious seasoning before sticking in the air fryer. Turned out AMAZING!

- 1 Air Fryer
- 2 Large Mixing Bowls
- 1 Sauce Pan
- 1 Stove Top
- 4 Glass Lunch Containers
- 4 Condiment Containers

Instructions
- Cut your chicken into bite size pieces
- Mix well with garlic powder and paprika and let sit for at least 15 minutes in the fridge
- Set your air fryer to 400
- Drop half of your chicken pieces into the air fryer for 15 minutes, flipping around half way through
- Pour your ranch dressing into condiment cups and set aside
- Once all your chicken is done, leave in the bowl and set aside
- Stick your fries into the Air fryer at 400 for 15 minutes. Flip half way and salt them
- When your fries are almost done, mix your sauce in with your chicken, coating every piece
