Thanksgiving Leftovers Crunchwrap
Name better leftovers than Thanksgiving leftovers….I am waiting…
Honestly, these are my favorite leftovers to have and so many different ways to make them rather than just another plate of Thanksgiving. Not that I would be complaining about that!
This crunchwrap is so delicious and full of all the holiday feels!
Thanksgiving Leftovers Crunchwrap
Happy National Stuffing Day!This crunchwrap is a delicious way to eat your Holiday leftovers! I could eat Thanksgiving leftovers every day!
Equipment
- 1 Fry Pan
- 1 Microwave
Ingredients
- 4 oz Turkey
- 1/3 cup Mashed Potatoes
- 1/3 cup Stuffing
- 1/8 cup Cranberry Relish
- 2 Tbsp Turkey Gravy
- 3/8 cup Blend of Gruyere and Swiss Shredded Cheeses
- 1 ICBINB Butter Spray
Instructions
- Take each of your leftover fillings and warm in the microwave just so they are no longer cold.
- Take your flatbread and layer starting with cheese and ending with cheese. It does not matter how you layer your ingredients except make sure the gravy goes in the middle!
- Fold up like a present (see my instagram story reel) and spray the folded side
- Place into your heated fry pan folded side down and cover. Cook until the bread has a nice golden crisp
- Spray the top of your crunchwrap and flip, covering again. (This helps the cheese to melt)
- Spray the sides and put between your spray bottle and spatula to turn on all sides to get golden brown
- Cut in half and serve with a side of cranberry sauce and turkey gravy for dipping!
Notes
You can eat all this made from scratch too, not just using leftovers!
