Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza
I just love a delicious juicy bacon cheeseburger. In fact, it has been my favorite food since I was a little kid. This right here my friends is a twist on my fav. Yes, no shock that I switched things up with my foods huh?!
This has such amazing flavor without MOST of the mess. HA!
Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza
This here is one of my favorites! Sometimes you crave multiple things for dinner. Tonight I was craving both a bacon cheeseburger and a pizza. Yes, I could have probably eaten both with how hungry I was BUT this was the perfect solution to my very frequent challenge. HA!If you love bacon cheeseburgers and pizza then this is for you! If you don't like bacon, remove it. If you don't like pickles, remove those. Regardless, this was all the things I wanted and love. YUM!
Equipment
- 1 Fry Pan
- 1 Oven
Ingredients
- 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 4 oz 96/4% Ground Beef
- 1/3 cup Lite Shredded Mozzarella (Trader Joe's)
- 1/4 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 2 tbsp Burger Sauce (this one I used Trader Joe's Magifisauce)
- 2 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
- 9 grams Diced Pickles
- 1/3 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Chopped White Onion
- 2 tsp Sugar Free Ketchup
- 2 tsp Yellow Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
- Cook your ground beef in your fry pan, season with S & P.
- Place your flatbread on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet then spray the top of your flatbread. I use Pam cooking spray.
- Once your oven is preheated, bake your flatbread at 375 for 2minutes, flip and bake another 1 minute
- Take out your flatbread and spread your burger sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, covering your flatbread.
- Add your cooked beef and bacon pieces.
- Bake for another 11 minutes. Watch for your desired browning.
- Top with your pickles, tomatoes, onion and sesame seeds then drizzle your ketchup and mustard.
- Slice and enjoy!
