Blackened Chicken Club Crunchwrap
BRAVOCADO! This one right here goes up to the top of my favorite list. If you love guacamole and spicy chicken then THIS is for you friends.
How old were you when you found out that avocado was a fruit? I was an adult. HA! Some are hesitant to add avocado’s into their life because of the fat people talk about. Truth be told that yes they have fats but it is healthy unsaturated fats that help lower bad LDL cholesterol. These are HEALTHY people!
Blackened Chicken Club Crunchwrap
OMG this has got to be one of my favorites now. The avocado ranch crema I made for this is insane!I love chicken club sandwiches but THIS takes the prize! The balance from the kick in the chicken and the crema is perfect!

- 2 tbsp Bacon Pieces
- 1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
Avocado Ranch Crema
- 6 tbsp Bolthouse Farms Ranch Dressing
- 1 Wholly Guacamole 100 calorie Pack

- 1 Juice of a Lime
Instructions
- Air fry the chicken at 400 for 10 minutes
- While your chicken cooks, chop up the tomatoes
- Mix your crema ingredients and set aside
- When the chicken is cooked, cut into bite size pieces
- Lay out your flatbread
- Layer the middle of your flatbread with your ingredients starting and ending with ½ each of shredded cheese. Only add 1/2 of your crema and save the other for dipping. (your choice)
- Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
- Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your frypan. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
- Spray the top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
- Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
- When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!
