Buffalo Chicken, Corn & Bacon Crunchwraps
You all know my obsession with crunchwraps. This one turned out DELISH! I love spicy and then add a sweet roasted corn. It is the perfect combo.
Corn is delicious all year round but we’re coming up on Fall and it is everywhere. I could live off of it!

Buffalo Chicken, Corn & Bacon Crunchwraps
These were incredible! Full of amazing flavors and super filling.I can eat corn with anything so combining it with buffalo chicken and bacon is a no brainer!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Fry Pan
Ingredients
- 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 4 oz Just Bare Spicy Chicken Bites
- 1/2 cup Roasted Corn
- 1-2/3 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
- 1 tbsp Chopped Green Onions
- 3/8 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 2 tbsp Bolthouse Farms Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- Air fry your chicken at 400 degrees for 9 minutes
- Chop up green onions
- Heat up corn and bacon in either a fry pan or microwave
- Once your chicken is cooked, cut up in bite size pieces
- Lay out your flatbread
- Layer the middle of your flatbread with your ingredients starting and ending with your cheese
- Fold up like a present (check out my Instagram Story HIghlight on how I fold them)
- Spay the folded side with ICBINB spray and stick in your pan, cover with a lid and cook for a couple minutes on med/high so it turns brown and crispy
- Spray the top side of your crunchwrap with ICBINB then flip, cover and cook for a couple minutes
- Once it is golden brown on both sides, spray all the sides/corners and use your spatula to hold one side and the ICBINB bottle with the other. Keep turning wrap all around to get it brown all over
- Place a mat and cut in half. ENJOY!
