Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bake
I’m on a baked oatmeal kick recently! It is just so darn easy, delicious and super filling!
My friends at Simply Delish sent me their limited edition Salted Caramel instant pudding mix and this is what I thought of making with it! WOW sure glad I did!
Have you tried baked oatmeal? I know it isn’t for everyone but it is for me!




Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Baked Oats
Thanks to Simply Delish for the delicious salted caramel pudding mix! I just added it to oatmeal and almond milk and BAM! Oatmeal keeps me full for a while and it really does have great nutrition benefits!
Equipment
- 1 Oven
- 1 9 x 13 Baking Dish
Ingredients
- 2 cups Oatmeal
- 2-1/2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 package Simply Delish Sugar Free Salted Caramel Pudding Mix
- 48 Lilys Sugar Free Salted Caramel Chocolate Baking Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix all of your ingredients together in your baking dish
- Top your oats with the chocolate baking chips
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Divide out into your 4 lunch containers
- Top with Reddi Whip, SF caramel syrup and Dak's Chocolate Crave
