Chicken Club Crunchwrap
I love a perfectly toasted club sandwich on sourdough and used to order that at restaurants a lot! This crunchwrap came out just as delicious!
I’m a big fan of mayo (don’t judge) so that is what makes this perfection!
As you all know, I am obsessed with crunchwraps. There are so many different kinds you can make which you will see on my website.



Chicken Club Crunchwrap
This club crunchwrap is AMAZING! The flavors of chicken, bacon, mayo, lettuce and tomato gives me all the feels. If you love a delicious club sandwich you will definitely want to try this one!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Fry Pan
- 1 Microwave
Ingredients
- 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 1 tbsp Light Mayo
- 4 tbsp Diced Tomato
- 3/8 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 2 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
- 4 oz Tyson Rotisserie Chicken Breast
Instructions
- Air fry chicken breast at 400 for 9 minutes
- Heat up your bacon in the microwave
- Lay out your flatbread
- Layer starting with shredded cheese
- Once your chicken is done, cut into pieces if not already.
- Add chicken on top of cheese, then bacon, tomato, lettuce mayo drizzle and rest of shredded cheese
- Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
- Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your frypan. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
- Spray the top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
- Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
- When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!
Notes
Total of 8 Weight Watchers points for EACH / half of the plate = 1 full crunchwrap.
