Blackened Chicken Delicata Squash Burrito Bowl

I absolutely love delicata squash. Fall season is the best for produce. There are so many things you can make using the delicious squash such as fries, stuffed boats, mashed and more.

I took my favorite chicken burrito crunchwrap filling goodies and put them into a bowl with the delicata fries. I end up mixing it all up and trust me…it is AMAZING!
