Tuscan Chicken Crunchwrap

I absolutely LOVE Tuscan Chicken with all the rich intense flavors. What better way to make it crazy than to turn it into a delicious crunchwrap?!

Crunchwraps have been one of my obsessions for a looooong time. You can put anything into them! Make them savory, sweet or both! Who doesn’t love a gooey cheesy deliciousness on the inside with a buttery crunchy outside. Every bite makes it heaven!

Tuscan Chicken Crunchwrap

This crunchwrap is absolutely DIVINE! With sun dried tomatoes, chicken and spinach who could go wrong but then adding in my yummy basil mayo just takes it to the top!
You can add more to this or less but trust me friends, this was FANTASTIC!
Let me know if you try this and what you think.

  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 2/3 cup Light Mozzarella shredded
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Fresh Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp EVOO
  • ICBINB Butter Spray

Basil Mayo

  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Light Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Air Fry your chicken at 400 for 9 minutes
  • Blend your basil mayo ingredients and set aside in the fridge
  • Lightly saute your spinach and sun dried tomatoes in olive oil just until the spinach is lightly wilted and set aside
  • Once your chicken is cooked, cut into bite size pieces
  • Heat up your fry pan to med/high
  • Lay out your flatbread and spread a good layer of the basil mayo
  • Add half of your cheeses on top of the mayo then the chicken, sun dried tomato and spinach combo and the rest of your cheese
  • You can add more of your basil mayo if you wish or leave as-is
  • Fold up your crunchwrap (see my video story highlight on Instagram) and spray the folded side and put into your fry pan then cover with a lid
  • Let your crunchwrap turn to a golden brown; periodically checking it
  • Once the crunchwrap is ready to flip, spray the top of it then flip and cover again
  • Once the bottom is golden brown, spray all of the sides and hold your crunchwrap between your butter spray bottle and your spatula. Turn to brown every part of it!
  • Lay your cooked crunchwrap onto a flat surface and cut in half! ENJOY!

  1. hello! how can I prepare the chicken if I don’t have an air fryer? Pan fry/Oven/Crockpot?
(I haven’t bought into the air fryer hype yet and there’s so many options😅🫣)

    1. Hello! I enjoy baking the chicken if I don’t use the air fryer. Depending on your oven, it could take up to 40 minutes at 375.
