Caribbean Pineapple Steak Bowl
This has huge flavor and super easy! I love sweet and spicy combos and this one hits the spot!
I didn’t go all out and create my own sauce for this one. I used my all time favorite GHughes Sugar Free Mango Habanero sauce and I am proud of it!
Caribbean Pineapple Steak Bowl
This turned out SO delicious! Tod grilled a Flat Iron Steak along with pineapple rings. I decided to dip my sliced steak into the warm sauce and place on top of jasmine rice with a side of pineapple rings! YUM!
Equipment
- 1 Grill/Oven
- 1 Microwave
Ingredients
- 5 oz Flat iron Steak
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 1 cup Pineapple
- 3 tbsp GHughes SF Mango Habanero Sauce
Instructions
- Grill your Flat Iron Steak until your perfect color (if using oven, broil for 6-7 minutes each side)
- Add the pineapple rings when your steak is almost done.
- Heat up your rice in the microwave. (I used leftover!)
- Heat up your sauce in the microwave
- Once your steak is done, slice and dip into your sauce to coat
- Lay on top of your rice and add the pineapple rings
