I love a good juicy cheeseburger but sometimes I don’t like the mess! This is the perfect alternative if you want deliciousness without the juices running down your front.
This is super simple and low in points and calories! What is there not to love here?
The sauce is a lightened up version of the In-N-Out animal style sauce! There are tons of recipes out there for this but I use the one from Lite Cravings. You can google it or check out her Instagram and Blog! She has a lot of amazing recipes.



Cheeseburger Bowl
Equipment
- 1 Fry Pan
- 1 Small Bowl
Ingredients
- 6 oz 96/4% Ground Beef
- 1 Roma Tomato
- 6 Dill Pickles
- 1/2 White Onion
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 2 Velveeta Slices
- 1/2 tsp White Sesame Seeds
- 3 tbsp Lite In-N-Out Animal Style Sauce (Lite Cravings)
Instructions
- Mix your ground beef with salt & pepper
- Make into three 2 oz burger sliders
- Flatten your burgers into a fry pan and flip a few times to get a great crisp on them
- While your burgers cook, cut up your onion and tomato
- Mix up your sauce ingredients
- Once your burgers are almost done, add cheese (tear the cheese to make smaller pieces to cover the burgers
- Add your lettuce to the bowl, then other veggies around the sides
- Add your burgers and side of sauce
