Chicken, Bacon and Caramelized Onion Pasta

Believe it or not, I am not a big pasta eater but lately I’ve been loving making pasta bowls!

My friends at Brami sent me boxes of their pasta to try and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the pasta made from Lupini Beans tastes! This one with chicken thighs was incredible! It is very similar to my pork chop pasta bowl but I can’t help it because it is THAT good!

Chicken, Bacon and Caramelized Onion Pasta

This was incredibly tasty and super filling! This can serve two as it is big! I was very hungry tonight and still couldn't eat it all.
I used leftover seasoned chicken thighs which made this even easier! If you want, cook your chicken thighs in the air fryer or oven until they are 165 degrees.
The cheesiness of the pasta in combination with delicious chicken thighs is amazing! I could eat this every day.
