Steak Burrito Bowl
I love burrito bowls as they are super filling and can be made up with anything! This one has steak bites and cauliflower rice which is delicious!
You can make this as mild or spicy as you wish too. It depends on my mood as to whether I want an extra kick.



Steak Burrito Bowl
It's National Burrito Day so I am showing off my favorite way to eat them!I love burrito bowls and some may say I'm slightly obsessed. It is so easy which is why I love them so much. Choose your protein, your carb and your veggies. BAM! There you have a full meal in a bowl!
Equipment
- 1 Oven
- 1 Fry Pan
- 1 Microwave
Ingredients
- 6 oz Flat Iron Steak
- 1 cup Cauliflower Rice
- 1/8 cup Diced Tomato
- 1/8 cup White Onion
- 2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Lime
- 2 Diced Mini Sweet Red Pepper
- 2/3 cup Roasted Corn
- 20 Good Thins Corn Crackers
- 1 serving Taco Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Light Sour Cream
Instructions
- Broil or Grill a Flat Iron Steak
- Chop up your tomato, onion and cilantro then squeeze 1/2 lime and mix.
- Dice your red peppers
- Cook your cauliflower rice per directions (I like to pan fry mine)
- Once cooked or during cooking, add taco seasoning
- Heat up your roasted corn (I like to pan fry mine)
- Count up your crackers and set aside
- Once steak is done, add to your bowl
- Add to your bowl the rest of your goodies
