Skinny Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza
Pizza is always a family favorite! When I first started my weight loss journey, I needed to switch my pizza choices up. Make them myself instead of ordering out and making them less points but still delicious. I have made tons of different kinds and the fun is all about the creativity! Think outside the box, don’t stick to the norm and HAVE FUN!
Skinny Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza
I love everything about this pizza!! Fried chicken smothered in bbq sauce, bacon and pineapple!! What’s not to love⁉️
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Oven
- 1 Small Sauce Pan
Ingredients
- 4 oz Just Bare Chicken Breast Nuggets
- 3/8 Cup Lite Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple
- 1 tbsp Diced Red Onion
- 3 tbsp Bacon Crumbled Pieces
- 2 tsp Dried Cilantro
- 4 tbsp Sugar Free Ketchup
- 1-1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar Alternative
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Air fry chicken breast chunks at 400° for 9 minutes.
- While that cooks, mix the bbq sauce ingredients and dice up the onion.
- Place the flatbread onto a cookie sheet and put into oven for 2 minutes.
- When the chicken is done, mix with the BBQ sauce.
- Take the flatbread out of the oven and lightly spread some of your bbq sauce all over.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, then the bacon, chicken, pineapple and red onion.
- Place the pizza back into the oven for 10 minutes then when done, pull out and top with cilantro.
