Pepperoni, Bacon & Pineapple Pizza

This combo of sweet and spicy is the BEST and one of my all time favorites!

Either you love or hate pineapple on pizza…there is no in between. I am a HUGE lover of pineapple on pizza and it is rare that I will have a slice without it.

Pepperoni, Bacon & Pineapple Pizza

This is one of my all time favorite pizzas right here with such perfect combos of sweet, salty and spicy. It's a party for sure!
Are you team pineapple? I sure am! A lot of people are pretty set on the fact that pineapple does NOT belong on pizza. I beg to differ!
You would think that the Hawaiian pizza that has pineapple on it originated from Hawaii but in fact it came from Canada in 1962 by a Greek immigrant, Sam Panopoulos. Yep I am today's year old when I learned this!

Cook Time 15 minutes

  • 1 Oven


  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 30 grams Turkey Pepperoni
  • 4 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
  • 1/8 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Dole No Sugar Pineapple Tidbit Containers
  • 3/8 cup Lite Mozzarella Shredded Cheese (Trader Joe's)


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Place your flatbread on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet then spray the top of your flatbread. I use Pam cooking spray.
  • Once your oven is preheated, bake your flatbread at 375 for 2 minutes, flip and bake another 1 minute
  • Take out your flatbread and spread your sauce
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, covering your flatbread.
  • Add your pepperoni, bacon and pineapple.
  • Bake for another 11 minutes. Watch for your desired browning.
  • Take out of the oven! Optional – Top with Italian/Pizza seasoning and parsley.
