Equipment

  • 1 Fry Pan

Ingredients

  • 2 Cut da Carb
  • 1/2 cup Tuna
  • 2 tbsp Light Mayo
  • 8 Diced Pickle Slices
  • 1-1/2 cup Lite3 Cheese Blend Shredded
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray

Instructions

  • Mix tuna with light mayo and any seasoning if you wish.
  • Chop up your tomatoes and pickles
  • Lay out your flatbread
  • Layer the middle of your flat bread with your ingredients; starting and ending with equal amounts of shredded cheese (leave a little for later).
  • Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
  • Heat up your pan on medium and sprinkle some cheese directly on the pan. Spray your crunchwrap folded side down with ICBINB and put on top of your cheese in your frypan. Sprinkle rest of your cheese on top and cover with a lid. This will allow the cheese to melt. Give it a couple minutes for the cheese to melt and crisp up on the underside of your flatbread.
  • Spray the cheesy top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
  • Once that side is cheesy and crispy, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
  • When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!

Notes

Total of 6 Weight Watchers points for EACH / half of the plate = 1 full crunchwrap or for entire plate it’s 12 points!
