Chicken & Waffles Breakfast Bowl
I had a lot of fun with this one. I love chicken and waffles but the calories and points for this dish at a restaurant are insane! I had waffles and some of my favorite lightly breaded chicken in the freezer so I figured instead of making a messy sandwich, I would turn it into a big breakfast bowl with eggs!
I eat sugar free maple syrup on just about every breakfast bowl that I have eggs in. It is something my grandma used to do every time she ate eggs so I have loved it ever since I was a kid.
Chicken & Waffles Breakfast Bowl
Chicken and Waffles are such a comfort food for a lot of people. Why not add eggs then drizzle on the syrup and call it breakfast comfort in a bowl?!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Fry Pan
- 1 Toaster
Ingredients
- 4 Oz Just Bare Chicken Breast Chunks
- 1 Birch Benders Keto Waffle
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Air Fry Chicken at 400° for 9 minutes.
- Scramble up the eggs.
- Toast up the waffles while waffles and eggs are cooking.
- Put everything in your bowl and drizzle with syrup.
