Buffalo Chicken Meatball Pizza
I love chicken meatballs! You can pair them with pasta, mashed potatoes or whatever your heart desires. My heart desired pizza…and a spicy one!
Anytime I have buffalo wings, I have to dip them in ranch dressing. Are you team ranch or team blue cheese?




Buffalo Chicken Meatball Pizza
HOLY MEATBALLS! This was delicious and I can't believe it took me so long to make this. I love buffalo wings so figured I would love buffalo chicken meatballs!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Oven
Ingredients
- 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 9 Kid Fresh Chicken Meatballs
- 1 tbsp Franks Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Light Sour Cream
- 3 oz Lite Shredded Mozzarella (Trader Joes)
- 1/2 tbsp Bolthouse Farms Ranch Dressing
- 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 3 tbsp Chopped Red Onion
Instructions
- Air fry the chicken meatballs at 400 for 9 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Once your oven is preheated, bake your flatbread at 375 for 2 minutes, flip and bake another 1 minute.
- Mix the sour cream and buffalo sauce.
- Take out your flatbread and lightly spread the buffalo sour cream all over.
- Sprinkle the cheese, add meatballs and red onions.
- Bake for another 11 minutes. Watch for your desired browning.
- Take out of the oven and top with cilantro then a drizzle of buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
