Teriyaki Chicken & Pineapple Pizza

When I am undecisive between what I want to eat, I usually combine the two. Call me crazy but it works out for me every time!

I wanted teriyaki chicken but without rice. I wanted pizza but not standard pizza. So I married the two and they lived happily every after!

I used to love going to any and all teriyaki places as they seem to be able to make it perfectly every time. There was no chance that I would ever be successful at making teriyaki like they do at those amazing teriyaki restaurants. Until I found the Trader Joe’s Ming BBQ Teriyaki Chicken. It’s in their frozen section and I air fry mine, then mix with their sauce it comes with after heating in the microwave. If you haven’t had it trust me it is AMAZING! I have not ordered out for teriyaki since. Don’t get me wrong, you still can but depending on what you get, it can have tons of sugar which equals calories and high WW points.

Good tip for eating out for teriyaki – order chicken breast, extra salad and sauce on the side NOT on the chicken. This will help you control better since they do love to overdo the sauce on the chicken. YUM!

Teriyaki Chicken & Pineapple Pizza

HOLY CHICKEN this was AMAZING! If you are not a pineapple on pizza fan then by all means, leave it off. I absolutely LOVE pineapple on pizza and adding it to this one took it to a whole new level!
