Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meal Prep Bowls
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Rice Cooker
- 2 Mixing bowls
- 1 Small Mixing Bowl (sauce)
- 1 Fry Pan
- 4 Meal Prep Containers
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs Chicken Breast (diced)
- 2 cups White Rice (cooked)
- 1 tbsp Spanglish Pollo Asado Seasoning or 1/2 tsp of each: onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, chili powder
- 1 tbsp Parsley Flakes
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 1/2 cup Light Butter Spread (I used ICBNB)
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 bunch Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Pat dry your chicken breasts and cut into bite spice pieces.
- Put into a large mixing bowl and season with the Spanglish and parsley flakes.
- Air fry at 400 in single layer (I did two separate cooking times to fit all the chicken). Cook at 25 minutes flipping once; depending on your air fryer.
- Cook your rice
- Pan fry your cabbage just until it slightly softens. I used Pam spray.
- Make your garlic parmesan sauce. I melted the butter but if you don't, it will melt with your warm chicken. I found it easier melting it.
- When your chicken is cooked, mix the sauce until all pieces are coated.
- Assemble your containers and ENJOY!
